A full day of hands-on environmental activities for Earth Day 2019 saw staff and guests from Phi Phi Island Village Beach Resort join forces and make a difference. Protecting at-risk marine life, the natural beauty of Phi Phi and the rich biodiversity of the Andaman Sea is an absolute priority.
Protecting Koh Phi Phi’s diverse marine life, responsible tourism and the natural beauty of the Nopparatthara National Park were showcased during a recent Hong Kong media trip, proudly hosted by Phi Phi Island Village Beach Resort, in collaboration with the Tourism Authority of Thailand Hong Kong office.
The team from Phi Phi Island Village Beach Resort recently joined forces with island residents to clean up the local environment. The two-day “Social Responsibility Cleaning Day” took place on 19 & 20 January and saw our community come together to remove litter and debris from villages, coastal mangrove forests and public walkways. This activity helped to restore this pristine environment and strengthened community bonds on Koh Phi Phi Don.
