Dear Valued Guest,
We have some exciting news for you about our Phi Phi Island Village Beach Resort development project in which we are planning to renovate and further upgrade our resort facilities to even higher standards during 1st June until 31 October 2016.
For your information, we would like to highlight the key elements of our renovation program and give you our firm assurances that all works will be carried out with little or no disturbance to our guests and business partners.
Hotel Rooms
• Renovate the roof and furnishings of bedrooms, bathrooms and introduce new amenities for Superior Bungalows and Beachfront Junior Suites - total of 86 units.
• Renovate the roof and furnishings of bedrooms, bathrooms and introduce new amenities for Deluxe Bungalows and Deluxe Seaview Bungalows - total of 14 units.
Restaurants
• Remodel Marlin Restaurant to be an inspirational Api Api Asian Restaurant by upgrading the floor, furniture and counters (This will require Marlin Restaurant to be closed during 15 August-31 October 2016 during which time breakfasts will be served at the Center Bar and adjacent veranda areas.
• Redesign and re-launch the Center Bar as a Coffee Club concept by upgrading the floors, furniture and counter bar. (This phase will precede the Marlin Restaurant works)
Our renovation work will be carried out in 3 phases and carefully zoned and separated from other Guest Roofs and Public Front of House areas and as usual our absolute highest priority will be to complete all work with a minimum of disturbance to our in house guests.
I am sure you will appreciate the improvements once we have completed our renovation and upgrading of our services and facilities - as the Phi Phi Island Village Beach Resort continues to provide holiday experiences of which we can all be proud.
We believe communication is the key to reassure our guests that there will be no disruptions to their comfort and time at our resort, and I will be available at any time to update and answer any queries that may arise.
With best regards
Mr. Chao Treenawongse
